Tax Forms & Information
Due to budget cuts at the IRS and state level, in 2016, the Licking County Library will receive fewer popular federal forms, state forms and instruction booklets. If we do not have the form you need, library staff can help you print copies for $.10 per page. Also, you may print copies on your own at any time from the IRS website.
Licking County Library offers some of the most common tax forms at all of our locations from February until April.
Alternately, many tax forms can now be printed directly from the Internet. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Ohio Department of Taxation and many city income tax divisions provide printable versions of their most requested tax forms on their websites.
New since 2016: Ohio IT 1040, IT 1040 EZ and amended IT 1040X forms have been consolidated into one Universal IT 1040 tax return.
